We’re committed to providing you with special tokens for the special moments of your life. Every item we offer has been handmade or chosen with love.
We’ve teamed up with artisans to create custom items just for Saint Something. Our candles are poured in Rhode Island at a family-owned candle company founded in the 1940s. They keep their bees in their own backyard. Our art print cards are letter-pressed in New York City in a factory that’s been type-setting since the 19th century. Our crystals are ethically-sourced by a company in Colorado. Our sage is grown on a farm in California. Our necklaces are cast in Rhode Island by jewelers who have been working with precious metals since the 1950s. Each illustration is hand-drawn by Allie, and each necklace's symbolism is designed by Maggie, the Saint Something’s founders. They also combine their efforts to sew all the lunch sack clutches the sets come in.
Saint Something was born from our real lives - during moments when we had to be our own saints.
Maggie’s mother passed in February 2016. Some of her closest friends created a box filled with gentle tokens of her strength, grit, and beauty.
That gift was meant as a reminder to find beauty in life, even in moments of pain and struggle.
Saint Something gifts honor the poignant and beautiful moments of life: moving cities, getting a new job, having a baby, recovering from grief, getting rid of things you don’t want, asking good things to come in, gratitude for abundance, and celebrating friendships.
From our own grief, gratitude and friendship, we offer you tokens from our hearts. Reminders that you are your own saint.
